Pulling Winch
Spooling concept
Spooling device is an important part of cable storage winch. The
guide cables are arranged orderly on the drum of cable storage
winch. It is mainly composed of screw, rope retractor and
load-bearing beam. The screw of the cable drum and the cable setter
rotates synchronously through the chain drive device. The screw is
bi-directional thread and the lead is the diameter of the cable.
The rope retractor consists of a small roller, a pulley baffle, a
pulley and a slider nut, mounted on the bearing beam by a small
roller. The rotation of the bi-directional screw causes the slider
nut to move left and right along the axis of the screw with the
retractor to guide the cable. In order to avoid bending deformation
of the screw under excessive pressure, the load-bearing beam was
analyzed by force and finite element method, and its strength and
stiffness were calculated to meet the requirements.
Structure form
The winch converts the electric energy into mechanical energy
through the motor, that is, the rotor of the motor rotates the
output, through the triangle belt, shaft, gear, and then drives the
drum to rotate after deceleration. The reel winds the wire rope 7
and passes through the pulley block to make the crane hook lift or
drop the load Q, change the mechanical energy into mechanical work,
and complete the vertical transport loading and unloading work of
the load
Breif introduction
We also supply LBS grooved drum used in all kinds of winchs. The
whole drum details as follows:
1. the groove is cut directly into the body of drum.
2. according to the customer' requirements, the flanges are either
welded or screw-bolted.
3. the groove is available as either LBS-groove or helical-groove.
4. groove geometry is determined by rope construction, diameter and
length ,and by application.
5. the drum is provided with the requested mounting dimensions to
fit the flanges by welding or screw bolting.
Other products
Sleeves are used to prevent damage to a drum. It is usually cheaper
to replace a worn out sleeve in stead of replacing or repair the
complete drum assembly.
The LBS split-sleeve system consists of a pair of outer shells that
are bolted or welded onto a smooth drum to provide a grooving
pattern. either LBS parallel grooves can be carved into sleeves. As
with all LBS drums, the grooving in split sleeves is engineer to
much the specific rope construction, diameter and length, and to
suit
